  • HR, Talent Recruitment & AI: Analyze applications of GenAI in the talent recruitment process, focusing particularly on how the technology can be used for identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, and interviewing candidates.
  • Business Communication & AI: Discuss using AI tools to help with writing and revising, visualizing data, summarizing important documents, and planning presentations and conversation. 
  • Ethics of AI: Examine three ethical challenges posed by GenAI (copyright, fairness, & safety), and policies that organizations have developed for addressing these challenges, focusing on fairness in image and language models.

  • The Future of Work & AI: Consider GenAI from an economist (rather than technologist) perspective and consider how and where GenAI will impact the workforce. Uncover additional considerations that are missing in this conversation.
