Kelly R. Wilson, Executive Director of Masters Admissions
Kelly joined the Masters Admissions team in August of 2012. In her role as executive director, she brings more than 15 years of admissions and recruiting experience to the Tepper School. Prior to her experience in higher education, Kelly worked as a strategic change consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and an account executive for Johnson & Higgins of Washington, D.C. Kelly holds a bachlor of arts in psychology from Grove City College, an MBA from George Mason University and an MS-MIS degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Kelly has traveled to more than 30 countries and loves to learn about new cultures. One tip Kelly offers is that much can be learned about a different society by visiting the neighborhood grocery store, which she does each time she arrives in a new place.
Kari Calvario, Director of Masters Admissions
Kari joined the Masters Admissions team in 2014. In her role as director, Kari coordinates our admissions operations and is eager to work with students and offer guidance throughout their application process. Kari holds a bachelor of arts in English literature from Waynesburg University and a master's in education from West Virginia Wesleyan College. She and her husband recently renovated an old, historic home and are enjoying being done with house projects for a while! She also enjoys reading, running and laughing with family and friends.
Emily Archambeault, Associate Director of Masters Admissions
Emily joined the Masters Admissions team in 2014. In her role as an associate director, Emily oversees all events for Masters Admissions and assists in our recruitment initiatives. She also works closely with women’s recruitment and the Forté Foundation. Emily is eager to meet interested students and help them through the application process. She holds a dual bachlor of arts in American studies and political science from the University of Virginia and a master of arts in higher education administration from the University of Michigan.
Rachel Weinert, Associate Director of Masters Admissions
Rachel joined the Tepper School Admissions team in 2016. In her role as an associate director, Rachel manages communications and marketing for the Masters Admissions Office. She also assists with recruitment initiatives and enjoys helping students throughout the application process. Rachel holds a bachelor of arts in English from Winthrop University and a master of arts in liberal studies from UNC Charlotte. She loves baking, hiking, reading, traveling and spending time with her dog Gracie.
Jackie Otto, Assistant Director of Masters Admissions
Jackie joined the Masters Admissions team in 2012. In her role as an assistant director, Jackie assists with outreach and recruitment activities and serves as an ally and liaison for prospective LGBT students. She holds a bachlor of science from Eastern Michigan University and a master of science in education from Indiana University, Bloomington. A longtime Pittsburgher, Jackie enjoys sharing suggestions of things to do or places to visit in the city. Additionally, Jackie volunteers at a local animal shelter, enjoys gallery crawls and running marathons, and rows in the summer with a local crew team.
Meg Onstad, Assistant Director of Masters Admissions
Meg joined the Masters Admissions team in 2017. In her role as an assistant director, Meg supports admissions operations and recruitment initiatives. She holds a bachelor of arts in hospitality business management and a master of arts in sports management, both from Washington State University. Meg moved to Pittsburgh from Seattle and is proof you don’t have to be a Steelers fan to live in Pittsburgh! She enjoys contact sports, travel and visiting family in Montana, and considers herself a foodie.
Becky Orenstein, Assistant Director of Masters Admissions
Becky joined the Tepper School Admissions team in 2017. In her role as an assistant director, Becky assists with various recruitment activities and acts as the lead recruiter for U.S. Underrepresented Minority candidates. She holds a bachelor of arts in cultural anthropology from the University of Rochester, a master of nonprofit organizations from Case Western Reserve University, and is pursuing a master of arts in organizational leadership & learning from George Washington University. Becky enjoys exploring Pittsburgh's food scene and spending time with her rambunctious black lab.
Nick Skitko, Assistant Director of Masters Admissions
Nick joined the Masters Admissions team in 2017. In his role as an assistant director, he supports recruiting initiatives and admissions operations. Nick earned his bachelor of arts in religious studies and philosophy from Gettysburg College and is currently pursuing a master of science in organizational leadership from Johns Hopkins University. Nick is a major a cappella music enthusiast and a firm believer in adopting rescue animals.
Andrew Walizer, Assistant Director of Masters Admissions
Andrew joined the Masters Admissions team in 2015. In his role as assistant director, Andrew works with various recruitment activities and assists with both on and off-campus events. Andrew is also the lead recruiter for military veterans. He is currently a Part-Time On-Campus MBA student and holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from Washington and Jefferson College. Andrew spends most of his time with his wife and their dog. He also enjoys trying new spicy foods and playing video games.
Judy Nardiello, Office Manager
Judy joined the Masters Admissions team in 2014. She brings 10 years of MBA admissions experience to her role as office manager. In many cases, Judy will be the first point of contact with prospective MBA candidates. Judy holds a bachlor of science degree in education from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and was an elementary school teacher early in her career. Judy enjoys British mysteries, her cats and spoiling her grandchildren.
Dana Lovas, Masters Admissions Coordinator
Dana joined the Admissions team in 1987. She has held a variety of positions over the years and her current responsibilities include processing and tracking applications through each stage of the admissions process and providing information to our applicants. Dana is also responsible for the coordination of foreign student I-20s by processing the pertinent forms and working with the Office of International Education to ensure that our foreign students receive their I-20s in a timely fashion. Dana's experience in admissions makes her a valuable asset to our office and to our applicants. She is able to answer most questions you may have regarding the application process.
