Kelly R. Wilson, Executive Director of Masters Admissions
Kelly joined the Masters Admissions team in August of 2012. In her role as executive director, she brings more than 15 years of admissions and recruiting experience to the Tepper School. Prior to her experience in higher education, Kelly worked as a strategic change consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and an account executive for Johnson & Higgins of Washington, D.C. Kelly holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from Grove City College, an MBA from George Mason University and an MS-MIS degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Kelly has traveled to more than 30 countries and loves to learn about new cultures. One tip Kelly offers is that much can be learned about a different society by visiting the neighborhood grocery store, which she does each time she arrives in a new place.
Emily Archambeault, Director of Masters Admissions
Emily joined the Masters Admissions team in 2014. In her role as director, Emily manages our marketing efforts and supports the recruitment team. She holds a dual bachelor of arts in American studies and political science from the University of Virginia and a master of arts in higher education administration from the University of Michigan. She enjoys podcasts, college football, and taking walks with her dog, Arli.
Kari Calvario, Director of Masters Admissions
Kari joined the Masters Admissions team in 2014. In her role as director, Kari leads our admissions operations and is eager to work with students throughout their application process. She also oversees admissions for our MSPM and MSBA programs and enjoys working with our MS candidates. Kari holds a bachelor of arts in English literature from Waynesburg University and a master of education from West Virginia Wesleyan College. A self-described “almost-lifelong Pittsburgher,” she and her husband are parents to identical twin girls who keep them on their toes. She also enjoys reading (mostly kids’ books these days) and running (chasing after two, busy toddlers).
J.R. McGrath, Director of Masters Admissions
J.R. joined the Masters Admissions team in 2021. In his role as director, J.R. leads our admissions recruitment and is excited to meet great candidates and help them navigate the admissions process. J.R. holds a bachelor's in Physics and a master’s in college administration from Slippery Rock University. He brings 16 years of experience working with high-achieving college students and is excited to continue that work at the Tepper School. J.R. loves to travel and explore new places and can’t wait to find all the new, cool places Pittsburgh has to offer. He enjoys being active, playing or watching sports, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Gina Cecchetti, Associate Director of Masters Admissions
Gina joined the Masters Admissions team in 2018. In her role as associate director, she assists with recruitment activities, is the lead for women’s recruitment, Tepper Future Business Leaders, and manages the campus visitation program. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science from Westminster College and a master of arts degree in higher education management from the University of Pittsburgh. Gina was a competitive figure skater at the Senior Ladies level, the highest competitive level, and still likes to coach her figure skating and hockey players.
Paige Davies, Associate Director of Masters Admissions
Paige joined the Masters Admissions team in 2018. In her role as an associate director, she assists with admission operations activities and recruitment. She holds a bachelor of arts in English and a master of arts in student affairs in higher education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Paige enjoys reading, running, and attending concerts with friends.
Jackie Otto, Associate Director of Masters Admissions
Jackie joined the Masters Admissions team in 2012. In her role as an associate director, Jackie assists with recruitment activities and serves as an ally and liaison for prospective LGBT students. She holds a bachelor of science from Eastern Michigan University and a master of science in education from Indiana University, Bloomington. A longtime Pittsburgher, Jackie enjoys sharing suggestions of things to do or places to visit in the city. Additionally, Jackie volunteers at a local animal shelter, enjoys gallery crawls, and rows in the summer with a local crew team.
Tiffany Stotts, Associate Director of Masters Admissions
Tiffany joined the Masters Admissions team in 2018. In her role as an associate director, Tiffany assists with marketing efforts and recruitment activities and is the lead recruiter for underrepresented minority students and the 3-2 program. She holds a bachelor of arts in journalism from Temple University and a master of public policy and management from the University of Pittsburgh. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and photography.
John Ivy, Assistant Director of Masters Admissions
John joined the Masters Admissions team in 2018. In his role as an assistant director, John assists with recruitment activities, supports our major recruiting events, and is the lead recruiter for the dual degree programs and the MSPM program. He holds a bachelor of science in finance from Oklahoma State University and a master of science in educational leadership studies from Oklahoma State University. He recently moved all the way from Oklahoma and is enjoying Pittsburgh.
Paula Wilson, Admissions Coordinator
Paula joined the Masters Admission team in January of 2013. In her role as admissions coordinator, Paula assists with events and admissions operations activities. Paula will be your point person to assist you with application components as you apply for your Tepper MBA. She enjoys spending time with her family and has life-long friendships that she treasures. Her hobbies are cake decorating, collecting vintage Christmas ornaments, and being a “handy-woman”.
