Kelly R. Wilson, Executive Director of Masters Admissions

Kelly joined the Masters Admissions team in August of 2012. In her role as executive director, she brings more than 15 years of admissions and recruiting experience to the Tepper School. Prior to her experience in higher education, Kelly worked as a strategic change consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and an account executive for Johnson & Higgins of Washington, D.C. Kelly holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from Grove City College, an MBA from George Mason University and an MS-MIS degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Kelly has traveled to more than 30 countries and loves to learn about new cultures. One tip Kelly offers is that much can be learned about a different society by visiting the neighborhood grocery store, which she does each time she arrives in a new place.

Kari Calvario, Director of Masters Admissions

Kari joined the Masters Admissions team in 2014. In her role as director, Kari coordinates our admissions operations and is eager to work with students throughout their application process. Kari holds a bachelor of arts in English literature from Waynesburg University and a master's in education from West Virginia Wesleyan College. She and her husband recently renovated an old, historic home and are enjoying being done with house projects for a while! She also enjoys reading, running and laughing with family and friends.

Emily Archambeault, Associate Director of Masters Admissions

Emily joined the Masters Admissions team in 2014. In her role as an associate director, Emily leads our diversity recruitment initiatives and works closely with women’s recruitment and the Forté Foundation. She holds a dual bachelor of arts in American studies and political science from the University of Virginia and a master of arts in higher education administration from the University of Michigan.

Jackie Otto, Associate Director of Masters Admissions

Jackie joined the Masters Admissions team in 2012. In her role as an associate director, Jackie assists with recruitment activities and serves as an ally and liaison for prospective LGBT students. She holds a bachelor of science from Eastern Michigan University and a master of science in education from Indiana University, Bloomington. A longtime Pittsburgher, Jackie enjoys sharing suggestions of things to do or places to visit in the city. Additionally, Jackie volunteers at a local animal shelter, enjoys gallery crawls and rows in the summer with a local crew team.

Dave Zeile, Associate Director of Masters Admissions

Dave joined the Masters Admissions team in 2018. In his role as an associate director, he assists with recruitment activities and manages internal reporting. Dave holds a bachelor of arts in philosophy from Denison University, and a master of science in higher education from the University of Pennsylvania. He loves trivia, his favorite soccer team, and spending time exploring his new home city of Pittsburgh with his wife and son.

Judy Nardiello, Office Manager

Judy joined the Masters Admissions team in 2014. She brings more than 10 years of MBA admissions experience to her role as office manager. In many cases, Judy will be the first point of contact for prospective MBA candidates. Judy holds a bachelor of science degree in education from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and was an elementary school teacher early in her career. Judy enjoys British mysteries, her cats and spoiling her grandchildren.

Dana Lovas, Masters Admissions Coordinator

Dana joined the Admissions team in 1987. She has held a variety of positions over the years and her current responsibilities include processing and tracking applications through each stage of the admissions process. Dana is also responsible for the coordination of foreign student I-20s by processing the pertinent forms and working with the Office of International Education to ensure that our foreign students receive their I-20s in a timely fashion. Dana's experience in admissions makes her a valuable asset to our office and to our applicants. She is able to answer most questions you may have regarding the application process.
