The Statement of Assurance must be placed in all graduate and undergraduate admissions publications and all other publications where such a statement is necessary or appropriate. Also, the Carnegie Mellon Writer's Style Guide [PDF] gives detailed guidance on how to use the statement of assurance in campus-related publications.
