This can include legal and regulatory matters impacting trade, acquisitions and mergers; rights and responsibilities of business parties; securities regulation; bankruptcy, insurance, agency, partnership; incorporation and corporate governance; intellectual property; attorney-client relationship; social implications of business policies; environmental protection; and corporate social responsibility.
