Our aim is to become one of the world’s most innovative learning and research environments. Supporting the Tepper School’s Dean’s Office, led by Dean Isabelle Bajeux-Besnainou, is a faculty community of more than 110 professors representing nearly a dozen different disciplines, many of whom have the distinction as being the most respected researchers and academicians in their respective fields.

Isabelle Bajeux-Besnainou is the 10th Dean of the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. She leads the school’s strategy and operations and directs its academic mission.

The Business Board of Advisors (BBA) provides external perspective and guidance to the Tepper School. Composed of accomplished alumni and industry leaders, the board strengthens connections between the school and the global business community.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee includes senior administrators who oversee the school’s academic and operational strategy. Together, they support the Dean’s Office in driving innovation across programs, research, and student experience.
