Ethics analyzes concepts of right and wrong behavior for individuals and organizations. Although an ancient field, ethics is an active research discipline today. Research and study at the Tepper School include business and professional ethics, cross-cultural ethics, corporate social responsibility, ethics and leadership, and behavioral ethics in organizations.
