Onsite or remote recruiting options are available for 2023-2024.

Steps for Arranging Onsite or Virtual Interviews

  1. Interview Date

Choose a date and at least two alternate dates. Then contact Lynn Urso, Associate Director of Recruiting at or request a date directly in the Masters Career Center Recruiting Portal.

2. Presentation Date

Corporate presentation dates can be requested by emailing Lynn Urso or placing your request in the Masters Career Center Recruiting Portal (normally scheduled at least 30 days prior to the interview date). Presentation dates will be reviewed and an email confirmation will be sent.

3. Job Descriptions

After your interview date and/or Corporate Presentation date is confirmed with the MCC, please enter details in the Masters Career Center Recruiting Portal and email your job descriptions to Lynn Urso at at least six weeks prior to the interview date.

Online Resources

We offer several suggestions to assist you in filling immediate openings. With our recruiting system, the Masters Career Center Recruiting Portal, you have access to:

  • Job Postings: If you have a position that needs to be posted, please register and post a job in the portal. We can promote opportunities directly to students and/or alumni. Interested students will apply by either being directed to your website or an email address you provide.
  • Resume Books and Profile Searches: Resume books are located, at no cost, in the Masters Career Center Recruiting Portal. By accessing the system, you may search online resume books and student profiles to locate candidates to suit your needs.

Alumni Recruiting

In addition to serving Tepper School graduate students, the Masters Career Center provides lifetime services to alumni. If you have career opportunities for experienced professionals, please register and post a job at Alumni resume books are located in the MCC Recruiting Portal.
