New Hire Resources

Welcome to Carnegie Mellon University! New staff employees are encouraged to attend an Onboarding Session during their first week to complete required onboarding tasks, and New Hire Orientation during their first 30 days to learn more about the university. 

In-person Onboarding and New Hire Orientation sessions have been suspended in response to COVID-19 precautionary directives. The Office of Human Resources will contact new employees to provide the onboarding session recording, presentation slide deck and instructions on completing their Form I-9.
