HR Generalist III

Job Profile Summary

The HR generalist III partners with HRBPs, managers and employees at various levels to provide senior level HRG support and solutions. With advanced expertise in Workday and other related systems, the HR generalist III mentors and guides HRG I and II’s. They provide training and support for newly-hired HR generalists. An HR generalist III should be able to:

  • Make routine decisions independently, such as prioritizing work of self and others, responding to issues and questions, and interpreting and applying policies.
  • Independently address more complicated employee issues and propose solutions to management.
  • Handle day-to-day HR generalist tasks, such as entering and approving Workday transactions and assisting HRBPs with workforce planning, performance management, DE&I and other activities.
  • Engage in the implementation of the HR strategic plan and continuous improvement initiatives.
