HR Generalist III

Job Profile Summary

The HR generalist III partners with HRBPs, managers and employees at various levels to provide senior level HRG support and solutions. With advanced expertise in Workday and other related systems, this individual will mentor and guide HRG I and II’s as well as provide additional training and support for newly hired HRGs. The individual in this role should be able to make routine decisions independently, such as prioritizing work of self and others, responding to issues and questions, and interpreting and applying policies. The individual in this role will also be responsible for independently addressing more complicated employee issues and proposing solutions to management in conjunction with handling day-to-day HRG tasks such as entering and approving Workday transactions, assisting HRBPs with workforce planning, performance management, DE&I and other activities. Additionally, the HRG III will actively engage in the implementation of the OHR’s strategic plan and continuous improvement initiatives.
