Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist career family consists of three job classifications. Those in the highest classification in the Human Resource Generalist career family, HR generalist III, partner with managers and employees at various levels to provide HR support and solutionsThe resources provided for each level serve as the developmental outline specific to that classification, helping to focus skill development and professional development efforts to help prepare for future opportunities as an HR professional:

Completing the suggested training serves as an objective way to display progress towards personal and professional development in the HR Generalist career family at CMU. HR generalists with adequate skills and successful job performance will be considered for higher classified positions as openings become available.
