Human Resources Business Partner
The Human Resources Business Partner career family consists of two job classifications. Those in the higher classification in the career family, HR business partner II, serve as lead human resources advisors and HR subject matter experts within each department and/or division. The resources provided for each level serve as the developmental outline specific to that classification, helping to focus skill development and professional development efforts to help prepare for future opportunities as an HR professional:
Completing the suggested training serves as an objective way to display progress toward personal and professional development in the HR Business Partner career family at CMU. HR business partners with adequate skills and successful job performance will be considered for higher classified positions as opportunities become available.
