Learning and Development Team
The Learning and Development Team leads communications (including the HR website), change management, training, professional development, ombuds services, employee engagement, and HR event management. We support the Office of Human Resources internally and serve the broader campus by managing learning programs, employee resource groups, and communications about benefits, systems, initiatives and workplace change. Our ombudsperson acts as a neutral resource, offering guidance and support to help employees navigate workplace challenges.
You can contact the L&D via our team inbox or reach out to individual members.
