New CMU=You Features: Recognize a Colleague

CMU=You already serves as the home for the Andy Awards, provides access to a Wellbeing Center, highlights staff resources and distributes milestone years of service awards to staff via congratulatory e-cards.

On Tuesday, June 20, the Office of Human Resources expanded the functionality of CMU=You to include a new series of e-cards that allow staff members to recognize colleagues for milestone or important accomplishments with PLAID+ (e-cards based upon the vision, mission and values of the university). In addition to the staff member receiving the e-card, an entry will appear on the social recognition wall within CMU=You, allowing other colleagues to view and comment on the achievement.

Further, CMU=You will become the home for college and division award and recognition programs, adding consistency and visibility to these programs across the university.
