Recognizing Your Colleagues Is sNOw Joke

Through February 28, the "Thanks Snow Much" seasonal eCard is available in CMU=You, the university's go-to location for celebrating our culture and the extra efforts of our colleagues as well as helping staff members feel more connected to each other, our values and mission.

Winter can be a dreary time, so brighten a colleague's day by recognizing how much you appreciate their hard work. Chase away the cold with a warm thank you for a job well done.

Along with seasonal eCards, you always have access to a library of eCards based on the vision, mission and values of the university. When a colleague receives any of these eCards, a PipeUp! (social recognition wall) entry will appear so others can view or comment, joining in on the celebration of work well done.

So, take some time today and let a colleague know that their work is noticed and appreciated.
