Total Rewards Statements in Workday for U.S.-Based Staff

The Office of Human Resources is excited to announce the launch of a new tool in Workday — Total Rewards statements.

Your Total Rewards statement is your personal statement that highlights your cash compensation, CMU's contributions to your benefits, and includes an approximate value of non-cash compensation and additional perks for which you may be eligible.

The Total Rewards statements provide real-time data to employees on their non-salary compensation in a user-friendly way. They showcase CMU’s non-salary benefits such as retirement, healthcare, tuition, etc.

Additionally, the new Benefits and Pay hub — where you can find your statement — provides a one-stop place in Workday for all things benefits- and pay-related.

How to Access

U.S.-based staff members can access their statement via the Benefits and Pay hub in Workday. From the Benefits and Pay hub, you’ll have access to benefits and compensation-related tasks and details including your most recent payslip, benefit costs and other paycheck deductions. There are also links in the navigation pane to update your benefit elections, payment elections and more.

From your Benefits and Pay Hub, select "View Total Rewards" under the Annual Total Rewards Package tile.

Resources

To support this tool, we have launched the Total Rewards at CMU page with instructions, tutorial video and FAQs.
