A Finance leader with over 20 years of experience in finance, strategy, and operations across the higher education, technology, banking, and wholesale distribution industries. Currently serving as the Assistant Treasurer at Carnegie Mellon University, Monique leads Treasury Operations and guides the university’s liquidity, debt, and risk management strategy. She is an expert in treasury, cash, and debt management, fiscal governance, team and project leadership, financial planning and analysis, process improvement, and audit practices. She has successfully managed the financial aspects of business acquisitions and divestitures, performing due-diligence, participating in negotiations, and governing change controls, and is adept at developing strategic solutions to reduce risk, drive operational excellence and improve business results.
