Jocelyn Sheppard, PhD, Principal Consultant, Red House Consulting

At Red House Consulting, Jocelyn Sheppard provides commercialization feasibility studies; business plans and proposals; and strategic and operational planning for high-tech start-ups, pre-venture organizations, and nonprofits. Prior to founding Red House Consulting, Jocelyn was a program manager at the National Technology Transfer Center where she designed and managed commercialization feasibility studies for new technologies belonging to commercial, federal, and academic clients. Jocelyn holds an M.L.S. and a Ph.D. in English from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a B.A. in Comparative Literature from the University of Virginia. She has published articles and presented workshops on market and industry research, technology transfer and commercialization, and effective speaking and writing.
