Bio

Glenn is a senior investment banker with expert-level experience in capital markets and small business advisory, and has built successful investment banking businesses at multiple firms over the course of his career, including Morgan Stanley, ABN-AMRO and Raymond James. Adaptable, collegial, collaborative, and naturally curious, he brings broad industry knowledge and expertise, as well as a unique, positive and helpful entrepreneurial and mentoring approach as an advisor to companies across multiple sectors and verticals throughout the United States. He has originated and executed over 250 capital markets transactions totalling $3B+ in the form of senior debt, subordinated debt, convertible debt, private equity, restructurings, refinancings, M&A, strategic advisory, public-private partnerships and public finance, has led both an investment banking group and a fixed income desk at a broker-dealer firm, and served on its Executive Committee, and has served as a temporary CFO. He earned his AB in Economics from the University of Michigan, a Master Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University, as well as earned several executive education certificates from The Wharton School and Yale. He volunteers his time as an entrepreneurial coach and mentor at the Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business, the University of Pittsburgh Innovation Institute, the Duquesne University Center for Excellence in Entrepreneurship, as well as at his alma mater, the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, sailboat racing, Michigan Wolverines football, and Pink Floyd. Glenn and his wife, Martha, live in Shadyside.
