Bio

Ryan Bove brings over a decade of experience in product development, manufacturing, operations, finance, and startups.

Ryan is currently the founder and CEO of Aurochs Brewing Company, a dedicated gluten-free brewery based out of Pittsburgh. The idea for Aurochs was incubated at Carnegie Mellon University. Since that time, we have won 4 national awards in 4 years for our product, and have distribution in 7 states and key retailers, such as Wegmans, Whole Foods, Giant Eagle, and Total Wine and More. Our company has grown over 1000% since 2016 and averaged over 70% growth each year.

Ryan has orchestrated over $3M in capital raises through a variety of sources including angel groups, family offices, debt based instruments, crowdfunding, and individual investors.

Prior to founding Aurochs Brewing Company, Ryan worked as a New Product Development Engineer for Mine Safety Appliances. Ryan holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
