Kim has 25 years of Commercial Real Estate experience exclusively representing businesses, never Landlords in Pittsburgh, and over 200 U.S. markets. 

As a former PropTech startup Co- Founder & CEO, Kim helped to build, launch, and scale a software company, growing it to over 200 US markets. This start-up became part of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) inaugural Reach Commercial Accelerator Program and won numerous national awards. Kim recently sold her shares to focus on growing her brokerage business.

Kim represents startups to Fortune 50 companies including robotics, life sciences, advanced manufacturing R/D, switch/data centers, SCIF locations, build-to-suits, laboratories, office, retail, land, distribution, manufacturing, and industrial. Some of the firms Kim has represented include American Express, Vollmer, Innovation Works, Aurora, Castle Biosciences, Fidelity National, Allegheny Technologies, Inc., Aptiv, Dell, Oracle Corporation, Wells Fargo, Michael Baker Corporation, MassMutual, and FedEx Ground. 

Kim is a member of WPO (Women Presidents Organization) and Vice-Chair of the Innovation and Technology Committee at SIOR Global. Kim also serves on the Community Advisory Board for Renewal, Inc. She recently served on the Board of Directors for NAIOP Pittsburgh.
