Steve Fleck is an experienced entrepreneur with a focus on disruptive healthcare technologies. Steve was founder and CEO of Careform, a leader in technology-enabled patient support services for specialty pharmaceuticals. Careform was acquired in November 2017 by ConnectiveRx, the nation’s leading provider of pharmaceutical commercialization solutions for specialty and branded medications.

As Chief Operating Officer of ConnectiveRx from 2017 through 2019, Steve led the company’s enterprise operations, product management, and data analytics organizations.

Prior to Careform, Steve was the co-founder and served as CEO and CTO of ClearCount Medical Solutions. Steve led the development of ClearCount’s innovative surgical device technology focused on patient safety and operating room efficiency. ClearCount was acquired by Stryker Medical in 2014.

Steve serves on the Board of Directors of Forest Devices and Grayscale Labs. Additionally, he is an advisor to several other early-stage technology ventures. He earned his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and a BS in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University.
