Colour of Music Festival Virtuosi

The Colour of Music (Black Classical Musicians) Festival in association with the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust is pleased to present the Colour of Music Festival Virtuosi in performance in Pittsburgh Thursday, April 28 at 7:30 p.m. at Carnegie Mellon University, Kresge Recital Hall, 500 Forbes Avenue with an encore performance Friday, April 29 at East Liberty Presbyterian Church, 116 S. Highland Avenue.

The April 28 Carnegie Mellon performance is free for Carnegie Mellon faculty and students; all other general admission tickets are $10-$25; general admission tickets for the April 29 performance at East Liberty Presbyterian Church are $10-$35.

Based in Charleston, South Carolina, the Colour of Music Festival presents a diverse repertoire of Baroque, Classical and 20th century music at the highest musical standards comprising top musicians of African descent from around the globe. The Colour of Music Virtuosi is an elite group of musicians selected as ambassadors of the Colour of Music Festival.
