Justice Baer is a member of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which earlier in 2018 overturned the state's congressional district map as an unconstitutional partisan gerrymander. Maureen Lally-Green is Dean of Duquesne Law School, a former judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and a recipient of Chatham College’s President’s Medal.
