Sleep Study Interviewees Requested for a CMU Research and Development Project

A group of CMU masters students is working on a solution which will help older adults in improving the quality of their sleep. Sleep habits depend heavily on age, health, diet, and lifestyle factors, but few know with certainty how to ensure a good night’s sleep, which leads many to try different remedies that may not always help. As part of our research process, our team hopes to interview adults, preferably age 60+, to understand their current habits, attitudes, and perceptions of the sleep they get and the quality of it. If you would like to participate in a 30-minute, one-on-one interview, please contact Julian Isidro at jgisidro@andrew.cmu.edu
