ChamberFest Cleveland

Join Osher instructor, Dr. Owen Cantor, for a two-class course and then a memorable overnight trip to Chamberfest Cleveland, one of America’s newest summer chamber music festivals. Discover passion and exciting music-making right in our own backyard. This will be a musical occasion to remember.

The two pre-trip lectures will examine the Chamberfest’s mix of chamber music masterpieces and newer works. Class dates are Thursday, June 7 & 14, 1:00pm-3:00pm in Wean Hall. (Summer 2018 Term registration is required)

In Cleveland, you will attend two exciting concerts: one at the acoustically-perfect Mixon Recital Hall, where floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlook an illuminated garden surrounding the stage. The second at the Glass Box, a modernistic performance space high above the city, which will take your breath away.

ChamberFest Dates are June 16 & 17 and cost is $280.00 for the bus, festival tickets, and hotel room. A second person many be added for $160 if the room is shared. Meals are not included.

Please call the office by Friday, June 1 to register. Summer 2018 registration is required.
