Protect Your Tech

Take a moment to secure your devices, accounts and files and protect yourself and the university from cybersecurity threats this academic year. Remember, security is our shared responsibility!

Update Duo

Update to Duo Mobile v4.85.0+ by February 2, 2026, to ensure uninterrupted access to CMU resources. Failure to update will disable Duo Push login requests, but you can still launch the Duo Mobile app and generate passcodes for Duo-protected apps and third-party services.

New Device?

If you have a new smartphone or tablet, our new-device checklist can help you update DUO, lock down your security, and connect to wireless.

Our Communities

Computing Services engages with the campus through several topic-based communities, helping to connect individuals in similar roles or with similar interests and share updates.

Google Product Education Program

The Google Product Education Program (PEP for short) is a platform for the CMU community to share best practices and the latest features of Google products, connecting Google enthusiasts on campus. Learn more about PEP and join us for an upcoming webinar!

Digital Accessibility Office

Making content accessible is a requirement and a shared responsibility. Learn how to create accessible videos, documents, websites, and data visualizations through our on-demand video library.

Centers of Excellence
