CrashPlan Backups

All DSP customers are required to use CrashPlan, a solution that backs up user-created files incrementally every 15 minutes. Backups include: 

• A full backup of files and folders within your profile after first log in.
• Files you have changed within the 15-minute backup window.

Install CrashPlan

To begin the backup process, download and log in to CrashPlan:

1. Download CrashPlan from your computer's software portal.
2. Log in with your Andrew userID and password.
3. Follow the prompts to begin backing up your data.

Note: You must be connected to the internet to support the backup process.
