Manage a Sponsored Account

If you currently sponsor an account, you can renew, suspend and update the account information anytime.

Visit the Request Accounts Portal.
Log in with your Andrew userID and password.
Select one of the following options:
1. Request account to quest a new sponsored account.
2. Renew to continue or reactivate an existing account.
3. Suspend to pause an account.
4. Manage to edit an existing account.
Follow the prompts to complete.
Click Submit.

Request Bulk Sponsored Accounts

Need to request ten or more sponsored accounts? This option is available for CMU programs with the same start date, end date, sponsor, and department.

If requesting accounts for minors (under the age of 18), complete the Human Resources Registering a Program or Activity Involving Minors checklist first.

Before submitting your request, complete the Adult or Minor spreadsheets.
