Purpose

To assess the frequency with which participants engage in a variety of social activities

Description

Using a 6-point frequency scale, respondents indicate how often they engaged in a variety of social activities during the past 12 months.

Scaling

1 = Did not do this at all in the past year, 2 = 1 – 5 times this past year, 3 = once a month or every two months, 4 = once every two or three weeks, 5 = once a week, 6 = more than once a week
