Bio
My scholarship focuses on the institutional and narrative intersections between 20th and 21st century diasporic Caribbean literature and multi-ethnic U.S. literature. I am particularly interested in reading diasporic Caribbean novels within the contexts of production and reception. My dissertation examines the novels of Erna Brodber, Marlon James, Tiphanie Yanique, and Wilson Harris.
