PhD in Rhetoric
I’m interested in using corpus analysis as a research approach to inform writing pedagogies and feedback practices. Working specifically with larger classes where writing assessment is conducted by teaching assistants, I inquire into potentially misaligned feedback practices amongst graders with the goal of helping facilitate a more reliable assessment. This bio will be 1-2 sentences longer next year.
