Bio

Her research and teaching bring together user experience (UX) principles, community-engaged approaches, and emerging technologies to transform how people collaborate, communicate, and engage with complex issues. Her research has appeared in IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication, Technical Communication Quarterly, The Online Learning Journal, and other venues.
