Graduate Research

A hallmark of both the university and Dietrich College is interdisciplinary research applied to real-world problems.

Our faculty includes international leaders in fields ranging from decision science and bioethics to health psychology and logic and computation. Even more, we place a premium on the ability of our faculty to be good mentors and teachers as well as researchers. As a result, DC graduate students regularly produce groundbreaking research and establish lasting reputations while they study here.

Recent examples of graduate research include Building Close Relationships: Cues to Help Avoid Rejection and Volunteering Reduces Risk of Hypertension In Older Adults.
