Dietrich College offers more than 60 majors and minors through our academic departments and specialized degree programs. Each department and program has a commitment to quality undergraduate and graduate education. Unique among major research universities, senior faculty at Carnegie Mellon teach introductory courses and conduct research with undergraduates, even first-year students.

Dietrich College undergraduate students must choose a primary major from the list below. Students outside of Dietrich College who are considering a second major are encouraged to explore the options as well.
