Fairfax Apartments allows students the opportunity to participate in Block Housing, a phase of room selection for groups of six to 12 friends who wish to live in close proximity to each other in pre-designated buildings.
An upperclass building in the Oakland community, Fairfax is in close proximity to all the offerings of Craig Street and the main campus. Residents have their own kitchens and bathrooms as a part of the apartment style living, as well as access to common laundry facilities, a gym, an amazing sundeck, and a community room. The weekly community event – “Fairfax Family Night” – is a time where many residents choose to connect with one another and hang out in the building’s community room.
