Bio

I have been a lifelong lover of writing, and I am excited for my next steps to be at Carnegie Mellon.  I chose to pursue a master's degree because I wanted to hone my writing skills and learn more about the intricacies of language and effective communication, specifically in regard to targeting and influencing select audiences, distributing information to those of varying knowledge levels, and complementing written communications with visuals.  I chose CMU over other universities because of the dedicated and passionate faculty and the Professional Writing program perfectly fitting my goals for education and future careers.
