Carnegie Mellon University

Loan Disbursement: Funds for federal graduate and undergraduate loans will be disbursed 10 days prior to the start of fall classes. While loans will disburse after the fall balance due date (August 15), you will not be charged a late fee if you subtract the loan amounts and pay your remaining balance. Similarly, if your loans will cover the full balance, you will not receive a late fee.
