Tepper School MBA students and recruiters from 19 companies recently came together for a full day of networking and career connections at the annual Meet the Clubs + MBA Career Fair.
Organized by the Masters Career Center, the day began with Meet the Clubs, where representatives from top companies had the chance to visit with 16 MBA student organizations. Club leaders shared their programming, leadership experiences, and the ways they build community across the Tepper School.
“This event facilitates important connections across our programs, recruiters, and student clubs,” said Maureen May, Director of Employer Relations and Recruiting at the Tepper School Masters Career Center. “It brings to life the Tepper School’s commitment to collaboration and career readiness.”
“The Meet the Clubs portion of the event allowed [student clubs] to connect with alumni and employers on how the club prepares first-year candidates for behavioral and technical interviews,” said Patrick McPartlin, an MBA student who represented the Graduate Finance Association (GFA). “It was great to connect with alums working at several of the companies at the fair who showcased their involvement in helping Tepper School students succeed.”
Employers then transitioned to the afternoon MBA Career Fair, where 19 companies met with over 100 MBA students to discuss internship and full-time opportunities, highlight their workplace cultures, and share insights into recruiting pathways.
“Events like this provide a bridge between classroom learning and real-world career pathways,” said Sarah Ashkar, a current MBA student and another member of the GFA. “They allow me to test how I articulate my experiences and interests with employers, receive feedback through their reactions, and build connections that I can follow up on as recruiting progresses.

The day concluded with Tepper Connect, a recruiting event designed specifically for MS in Business Analytics (MSBA) and Master of Management Science (MSM) students to connect with company representatives. This was an opportunity for early-career candidates preparing to enter the workforce in May 2026 to gain insight into the types of skill sets employers from all industries are recruiting for throughout this academic year and beyond.
