The Tepper School of Business is pleased to announce academic leadership appointment changes for the 2025-26 Academic Year, and welcome several new faculty members who bring a wide range of expertise to our community.
Oliver Hahl, Associate Professor of Organization Theory, Strategy and Entrepreneurship, has been appointed Associate Dean of Master’s Programs, succeeding Laurie Weingart, Richard M. and Margaret S. Cyert Professor of Organizational Behavior and Theory, who served in the role on an interim basis.
Hahl previously served as Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs, with John Gasper, Teaching Professor of Economics, now appointed to this leadership role. Clara Burke, Associate Teaching Professor of Business Management Communication, will assume Gasper’s previous role as Director of Learning Evaluation and Success.

David Major, Teaching Professor of Strategy, will serve as Associate Dean of Engagement and International Partnerships.

Simmons Professor of Finance. “I am deeply grateful for their commitment and the expertise that they bring to these important roles, and look forward to the many ways they will contribute to shaping The Intelligent Future of business education for the Tepper School community.”
