Fairfax Apartments
Home to hundreds of CMU students and located in the heart of the Oakland neighborhood, Fairfax is near campus and the popular shopping, dining and entertainment attractions on Craig Street.
All apartments are outfitted with private kitchens, bathrooms and central air conditioning. The building is also equipped with common laundry facilities, a gym and a community room, where residents can connect and rejuvenate at weekly community events.
Fairfax is available for retention and during Blocking Housing and General Room Selection.
