Tepper School Earns Top Marks for U.S. News & World Report’s Best Online Programs
Tepper School of Business Maintains No. 1 Ranking for U.S. News & World Report Best Online Business Program, Moves Up to No. 2 for Online MBA

The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University continues to maintain strong positions in the U.S. News & World Report rankings for Best Online MBA & Online Business (non-MBA).
For the third year in a row, the school has maintained a No. 1 position in the non-MBA category for our MS in Business Analytics program, and this year has been ranked No. 2 for the Online Hybrid MBA program, up from No. 3 last year.
For the specialty rankings, the Tepper School Online MBA was ranked No. 1 for Business Analytics and No. 1 for Finance. The program has ranked No. 1 for Business Analytics since the Online MBA specialty was introduced in the 2021 ranking.

It is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of our faculty, staff and students.” said Isabelle Bajeux-Besnainou, Dean and Richard P. Simmons Professor of Finance. “We look forward to continuing to build on these achievements to shape the future of business education, and offer flexible yet robust online program options for our students.”
U.S. News evaluated online business programs based on a variety of factors, such as student engagement, faculty credentials, and services and technologies offered to students.
