The Tepper School of Business is pleased to announce the next issue of its thought leadership digital platform, Tepperspectives. This issue’s theme encompasses diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
Titled “Actionable DEIB: Creating a Culture of Inclusion,” the issue includes faculty-authored pieces that explore the impact sponsorship can make and a non-traditional approach to achieving inclusive excellence. Another article examines research findings on networking setbacks and gender stereotypes.
Through Tepperspectives, we aim to demonstrate and celebrate The Intelligent Future, our data-informed and human-driven approach to innovative and collaborative problem-solving for today and tomorrow.
