Develop a global perspective, a strategic mindset, and a deeper knowledge of the foundations and key success factors of luxury brands.

While luxury brands are widely recognized for product quality, desirability and heritage, common workplace culture and leadership strategy has enabled industry success for generations. Strategic Leadership and Intelligent Business: Lessons of Excellence from Luxury Brands uncovers the key foundations of the luxury industry combined with new data and analytical capabilities enabled by AI to reimagine success in any business sector.

An examination of iconic luxury brands reveals a common commitment to excellence, integrity and innovation. This immersive program combines the renowned expertise of Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business and ESSEC Business School to translate these values to practical application and elevate your approach to leadership strategy and technological advancements.

Learn best practices in building a strong and powerful brand by examining how luxury brands manage paradoxes and consistency: maintaining brand desirability and consistency while innovating and growing the audience. Examine the opportunities and challenges of AI-driven technology and innovation and explore tools to leverage data to anticipate potential market disruptions.

Experience first-hand the leadership culture of iconic brand management during a one-week immersion in Paris, France at ESSEC Business School. Then, leverage Carnegie Mellon’s expertise in innovation, AI, and analytics to examine the future of operations and supply chain using technology and data to anticipate future trends.

“One of the most rewarding aspects of the course was combining the academic lectures and the academic aspect of the course with the hands-on experience. We had the privilege to visit renowned companies and luxury brands such as beauty boutiques, luxury hotels, and luxury food markets to complement the academic aspect of the course which was very rewarding to me. If I had to describe the course in three words, I would say it is experiential, prestigious, and forward thinking.”

– Valerie Daher, Essec-AUB International Residency Participant
