Bio
Jane Wall is a music educator and violinist. After retiring from the Pittsburgh Public School District where she taught strings, band, and general music, Jane remains an active contributor to the education community. She is currently on staff at Carnegie Mellon University teaching classes in elementary music. She has supervised student teachers for Duquesne University, worked with Manchester Jazz writing curriculum, collaborated on many projects with the Arts Education Collaborative and presented workshops in curriculum writing, urban music education, and elementary pedagogy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Duquesne University and a master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Pittsburgh.
