Artist Lecturer in Acting
Kelly Trumbull is an actor, director, educator, and Pittsburgh native. As an educator, she has collaborated with numerous local organizations such as City Theatre Company, Pittsburgh Public Theater, Pittsburgh CLO, Donna Belajac’s Actor’s Studio, Center for Theater Arts, MGR Foundation, Propel Charter Schools, and Bricolage. Additionally, she has taught in New York City at organizations such as Uncommon Schools, Wingspan Arts, Brooklyn Arts Exchange, New York University’s Looking for Shakespeare, and Shakespeare Youth Ensemble. Currently, she serves on the faculties of the University of Pittsburgh’s Theatre Arts Department and Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Music. As an actor, local credits include work with Pitt Stages, Pittsburgh CLO, Quantum Theatre, The Rep, Bricolage, No Name Players, Real/Time Interventions, and City Theatre Company. She has numerous commercial, TV, and film credits. She holds a BFA in Acting from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in Educational Theater in Colleges and Communities from New York University. Proud member of AEA and SAG/AFTRA.
