HONORING MAESTRO ROBERT PAGE

Robert Page, Paul Mellon University Professor of Music and Director of Choral Studies, will retire at the end of this academic year from the Carnegie Mellon School of Music. To mark the occasion, the School of Music has produced a brief video in honor of his contributions to the university. 

Maestro Page first joined Carnegie Mellon as head of the School of Music in 1975, and since then has had an important and lasting impact on multiple generations of students. After his stint as Head, Robert Page was tapped to be the Director of Choral Studies and in 2001 he was named the first Paul Mellon Professor of Music in the College of Fine Arts.
