Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to change some of our processes to maintain the safest environment possible. To ensure students receive care in the optimal setting and to reduce the risk of inadvertent exposure to COVID-19, we cannot provide any walk-in services during the pandemic. All services will be delivered by appointment only. Please call us at 412-268-2157 to discuss your needs. 

At this time, online scheduling is available only for select appointment types, including: asymptomatic COVID-19 testing, annual women's health exams, annual wellness exams and driver's physical exams.  All students may still access HealthConnect to send us a message, request medical records, complete forms, etc. Faculty and staff may use HealthConnect to schedule asymptomatic COVID-19 test appointments and retrieve test results.


HealthConnect is University Health Services' secure online portal, where enrolled students can:

  • Order prescription refills

  • Request medical records, including health history

  • Communicate with health care providers

  • Complete health history and immunization forms (incoming students)

Update Your Profile in HealthConnect

There are several reasons one may wish to update their HealthConnect profile, including the following:

  • enable text messaging, for important notifications and reminders
  • add a preferred name
  • update your pronouns
  • update your gender identity
  • confirm your local address
