CAUSE aims to be a value-added partner by combining community-engaged research and scholarship to assist communities solve complex problems, particularly in Pittsburgh's African American communities. I have extensive community contacts and a long history of working with community based organizations. At the same time, I look forward to combining forces with other CMU programs to leverage our expertise to benefit communities.
