OIE Launches Second Phase of MyOIE e-Forms

OIE has launched the second phase of its electronic form submission (e-forms) portal, or MyOIE. Current students, graduated F-1 students on OPT, and administrators will have separate access points. Forms should only be submitted in the event of a change.

Students on Post-Completion (12-month) OPT can now do the following in the MyOIE Portal:

• Submit updated passport information to OIE
• Add emergency contacts
• Report a change to their employment
• Request that their SEVP Portal account be unlocked

Graduated F-1 students on OPT are encouraged to continue utilizing the SEVP Portal to report changes. Visit our OPT Reporting webpage for additional details.

Students on STEM-Extension (24-month) OPT can now do the following in the MyOIE Portal:

• Submit updated passport information to OIE
• Add emergency contacts
• Request that their SEVP Portal account be unlocked

Students on STEM Extension who need to report an employment change should continue to email oie@andrew.cmu.edu.

Over the course of the next year, OIE will continue to roll out additional e-forms in MyOIE for both students and administrators.
