Happy last day of classes, Tartans! We know you're all hard at work finishing up the semester and prepping for finals, so we've pulled together some events to help you de-stress and focus. Finals Muffins

Start your days off right during finals week! Every morning during finals, stop by the Cohon University Center for muffins and coffee from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Finals muffins, also referred to as "Maggie's Muffins," are a tradition started by Margaret Cyert. This tradition is a great way to start your exams on the right foot. You've got this, Tartans!

Meeting of the Minds 2022

Innovation is all around us, and the Undergraduate Research Symposium, or the "Meeting of the Minds," is a university-wide celebration of undergraduate research. On Wednesday, May 4, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., stop by the Cohon University Center to see your fellow Tartans' great work. Learn more about the presentations.

Pirates vs. San Diego Padres

Play ball! Need a break from finals prep? Head over to PNC Park on Friday, April 29 at 6:35 p.m., as the Pirates take on the San Diego Padres. Plus, stick around after the game for the Skyblast Fireworks show. It's one of the best views in the city! You can purchase tickets in advance.

Yoga in the Square

Looking for a way to relax during finals? Check out Yoga in the Square at Market Square. Starting in May, head over to Market Square on Wednesdays, at 5:30 p.m., or Sundays, at 10 a.m., for a free public yoga class. This series brings some of the city's best instructors Downtown for weekly classes held in the middle of picturesque Market Square. Remember to bring your own mat! Learn more about the event and instructors here.

Pittsburgh Coffee Shops

Studying is tiring work. Treat yourself to coffee or tea from one of these great spots across the city. Whether you're practically an expert on single-origin coffee, or you could just use something tasty and caffeinated to get you through finals, this list has a spot for everyone.

Greek Food Festival

Snack break! The St. Nicholas Greek Food Festival is a spring highlight here in the 'Burgh. From May 1 to 7, check out one of the biggest Greek cultural events in the city! Experience our region's rich Greek heritage and traditions through food, music and dancing. This annual festival is a time-honored tradition, and one that serves up delicious homemade food all week long. Learn more about the event and this year's schedule.

Handmade Arcade

Sunshine and spring markets, oh my! On Saturday, April 30, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., shake off the winter blues at Construction Junction's Handmade Arcade. This year's event features handmade products from 30 talented emerging makers, artists, and craftspeople. Plus food and refreshments from unique food trucks. This event is free and open to everyone! Learn more about the event and vendors.
